Returns Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refund under any condition unless determined otherwise on a case-by-case basis.

Prints

Prints are made to order, therefor; refunds will not be available.

If the print is damages during transit, please provide photographic evidence to de@davideustace.com so that we can attempt to organise a replacement. Any claims for loss, damage, defective products must be submitted within 30days from the estimated time of arrival.

Digital Downloads

Refunds for digital purchases will not be available. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any reason, at any time.

We also reserve the right to refuse refunds if multiple purchases of the same digital product have been purchased.
